Jordan Sparks got pipes!

I just wrote a review on Tom Petty's performance at the half time show which in brief and in my opinion lacked the entertainment aspect in a performance, but I didn't mention anything good about the Super Bowl as far as talent so here goes.

Jordan Sparks, hands down, the girl's got pipes man. So what if she looked like she was going to pass out from the pressure before and after the performance? I admit I was feeling some pressure when I saw the expression on her face before singing, but I it's only normal. She got through in the business the shortcut way with American Idol. There's no problem in taking advantages of shortcuts, but you can't expect all of them to become pros in a year either and here was a perfect example.

As far as vocals and peformance goes though, I think she did an amazing job during the anthem. She may not be my favorite winner from the idol series, but man can she sing. Jordan Sparks, you rock!
